Step 1: Complimentary Discovery Call

We kick things off with a friendly chat to understand your project ideas and determine the scope of work.

Step 2: 90-Minute - 2 Hour Initial Design Working Session

This is the heart of our process. In this session, we'll:
Thoroughly discuss your project ideas.
Walkthrough your space(s) to understand how it will work for you.
Address any questions you may have.
Provide suggestions and prioritize spaces based on your needs.
If needed, we can delve into selecting paint colors during this time.

Start by purchasing the Initial Design Working Session Package on this page. Access your secure account in MyDoma, our online platform, where you'll find all the tools necessary for your project.

  • Step Two: Booking Your Session

Use the Appointment tab to view my calendar and book your 90-minute - 2 Hour session. Before our meeting, jot down all your questions and thoughts, ensuring nothing gets overlooked during our discussion.

The Working Session Process: A Deep Dive Assessment

During our time together, be it on-site or virtually, we'll dive deep into your project. Expect a thorough assessment, where I'll ask questions, possibly take notes and photos, all aimed at understanding the scope of your project.

Post-Session: A Detailed Report and Next Steps

Following our meeting, we'll send you a detailed report encompassing all the items addressed. This report serves as the foundation for your future Interior Design planning. If you choose to continue with Peace of Mind Design, we'll move into Step Three.

Step Three: Future Interior Design Package Purchase

The Initial Design Working Session sets the stage for further recommendations leading to your future Interior Design Package purchase. If you decide to move forward, I'll suggest the best process tailored to your needs.

1. Can I use this for multiple rooms?
Absolutely! Your design journey with us covers up to 2 hours of dedicated interior design time. We are committed to achieving the goals set during our discovery call in every session. Depending on the depth of the work and the type of consultation, we'll immerse ourselves in your project, ensuring a wealth of information is shared and discussed freely during our collaborative time together.

2. Can the consultation be online?
Certainly! If we've mutually decided that the consultation will be conducted online, we will connect via a link provided to you. To optimize our time together, we encourage you to prepare adequately for the virtual meeting. Your comfort and readiness are key to making the most of the consultation.

3. What if I need more time?
Absolutely, and at your pace! If you find that you need additional time beyond the initial 2 hours, you can easily purchase extra time at a rate of $275 per hour. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure every aspect of your vision is considered.

4. What's included in the guide/report?
Following our consultation, you'll receive a detailed document encapsulating all the key points discussed. For Interior Design, Staging, and Vacation Rental Consultations, the information will be thoughtfully organized by room. In the case of a Color Consultation, you can expect specifications on Brand, Color, Placement, and Finish for all the colors selected during our session.

5. Can I reschedule my time?
Absolutely! We understand that plans may change. There is no fee for canceling or rescheduling your consultation. Your flexibility is important to us, and we're here to accommodate your needs and schedule adjustments.

6. Can I receive my consultation fee back?
While our consultation fee is nonrefundable, we understand that life can be unpredictable. You have a generous 3-month window to reschedule as needed, providing ample time for any unforeseen circumstances or special situations. Your satisfaction and ease of experience are our top priorities throughout your design journey with us.
